I have been a sole practice attorney in Riverside California since 1977, primarily serving the small business owners and individuals in organizing their business, personal, and estate concerns.  I also represent those clients in civil or estate litigation as well as probate and living trust administration.

Legal Matters Related to the Business of Life

My practice is designed to advise and protect you in interrelated legal matters which are also interrelated in the business of life. I believe I can prepare a better business contract, design a better living will, estate plan or business succession plan for you because I have tried cases concerning the interpretation or enforcement of similar agreements or plans in court. If the formality of probate will best serve your family, well drawn wills are appropriate. The same principle pertains to the furnishing of mediation or arbitration services.
